Quotes of the Extraordinary 9: Amaranthine Possibilities

I can't say there was time in my life where my dreams were not an elaborate guidance system that was taking me far beyond this world. The person that always keeps an extra eye on me day or night regardless of whether he is awake or asleep or so very far away from me always ask me the relevant questions when I awake; even when I disregard the importance of it all. "My love are you ok? What were you dreaming about?" he consistently asks me with such a loving caution knowing that perhaps I will not answer him at all.

Visions and dreams in reality are made up of the same consciousness we all breathe, but some of us embrace this existence with an abandon that is so different from what is shoved down society’s throat because it is the only truth that is actually real. I honestly believe that if everyone’s third eye was opened our world would be a much better place, and that brings us to the Quote of the Extraordinary of the day.

There are infinite possibilities and all events present, past, and the future are happening all at once. The universes are in fact layered upon one another as a stack of pancakes dripping in maple syrup and natural butter; hence, that is why we have the overlapping of the multiverses. As abstract as this description is of the multiverses, you will understand yourself when you stand at the edge of a vortex that is constantly changing.
“The amaranthine possibilities weaving throughout my subliminal mind causes time distortions blatantly invoking his effigy from my antediluvian history.” © 12.23.12, 10:32 p.m. Est.

Quotes of the Extraordinary 8: Pulsating Singularity

Hello everyone. It is in fact time again for a new quote from my series Quotes of the Extraordinary. Have you ever experienced a dream where you time traveled throughout the cosmos to given a small bit of important information that you knew with a doubt you must recall upon those first brief moments when your eyes suddenly snapped open?

I have moments like this quite often, but this particular day I awoke and couldn’t remember what in the world I had learned; so, until my memory regains this bit of obscure knowledge I’ve written a quote to remind me. I’m quite sure my consciousness will be excavating the catacombs of my mind searching for the treasure I lost.
"The inertly minute singularity pulsating through a fracture in the macrocosm is perhaps the most significant." © 12.15.12, 9:27 a.m. Est.

Disregarding My Etiquette, Through the Silent Caldera

Since I've been asked in the past if I write darker poetry I decided to upload a very dismal poem that I wrote regarding a horrible Thanksgiving I had years ago called Disregarding My Etiquette; so, for all the morbid souls that inhabit the Earth enjoy.

If you're new to my blog here is what my book Through the Silent Caldera is about: Through the Silent Caldera is an autobiographical poetic synopsis of my life through the age of twenty-three years old. It encompasses every aspect of life with an extraordinary passion of poetic luminosity which includes: love, divorce, family, spirituality, death, and renewal.

Love ya all, Karen

Disregarding My Etiquette

Acquired I am
Abstruse in your inventions of credentials
Via this fanatically undiminished litigation
Coercion
You testified as devoted adoration
Ensnared me

Gaited persistently with elegance
You perpetually did
Deprivation squandered me to ponder
My avowed significance
Despondency
Scorched me successively
Beyond your mortified confessions

It's an observable duration
One more ritualistic celebration
Thanksgiving
No turkey was perceivable
Nor was an evergreen for the mirthful season
The repercussions of my gratuity
For my decorous demeanor
Was a trifle saucer of reluctant leftovers

Well,
Pardon me my beloved sir
Will you perpetually sanction me
To this dungeon of staggering cynicism?
Because to dishonor me

Renders my amusement ©

Quotes of the Extraordinary 7: Chivalrous Bounty

Here is the Quote of the Extraordinary that I wrote this morning. I had a friend twit me to say, "Karen, so often I hope that your quotes are secret spells." lol

I actually have never set out to write a spell, but I do suppose some of my work could be viewed as such. I woke up this morning thinking about everything I needed and wanted for me and my children today and decided, "Why not write a quote as a spell of abundance for the whole world?"

So, today I include all your hopes and dreams along with mine in a quote to bless everyone with the prosperity that we all envision for ourselves and the multiverse.

Love ya all, Karen

Quotes of the Extraordinary 6: Mythos Clash

I wrote this quote you about to read after a dear friend of mine that I loved very much had passed away very unexpectedly. He was a brilliant poet and the only person I have ever considered to be my equal when it came to the art of writing intelligent poetry. Our existence revolved around listening to the words of spirits gently whispering in our ears that were so delicately embroidered throughout the tapestry of time; but the day arrived when our gracefully spun unity would be defiled by a tragic embroilment that never should have occurred.

"A clash of mythos was the day I said, "Goodbye" to you, the only choice I could decree defending the absoluteness of your staggering apartheid." ©
Written: 11.7.12, 3:29 a.m. Est.
The documentary you about to watch is the whole epic narrative from start to finish. My dear friend has visited me many times since his passing, but even though he is here often in spirit form I have to remember that there is another universe where he is alive and well, his masterpiece has been published, and we are finally sitting down near the cascading ocean’s edge having a glass of wine and laughing. Enjoy.

Welcome Home

I walked alfresco
Into the veil of darkness
Surrounded by the boreal
Embracing arms of autumn
I stared at the constellations
To summon
Perhaps a glimpse of Heaven
When instead
A brilliantly gorgeous shooting star
Soared aloft gracefully
Right above my head
With the elegance
That only an angel would know

At that precise moment
I refused to make a wish
To ask for anything
Was for naught
I so quietly listened attentively
To the whimsical signature
Of an elusive after blaze
And I thought,
"You're not meteorites at all!
Welcome home my dear souls
Showering down from Summerland!
Welcome Home!" ©

Fiendish Mongrel of Pandemonium from Through the Silent Caldera

Today on Retro Lobby Ink I'm going to read one of my poems from my book Through the Silent Caldera in celebration of Halloween. Happy Happy Belated Halloween everyone.

Love ya all, Karen

Poetry Vlog: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YimRgnu8B4Y

Fiendish Mongrel Of Pandemonium

The wind howled viciously outside my door
Whipping and slashing apart autumn's refuge

Strange venom had consumed me
Delirious I had become
Slumber declined its serenity

Wailing her secrecy I sprang to life
The terrifying theory of silence
Mimicked thunderously
Fracturing my very soul
Hysteria engulfed me
Tears fell
Echoing ruptured clouds
For I knew I had awaken a monster
That slept solely with his phantasms

Haven
I have petitioned for vehemently
Considering The spoor of insanity leads to me
I am his destination ©

Quotes of the Extraordinary 5: Unbridled Rapture

Often times when it comes to love, we as adults get a bit jaded and decide being with a another person that we are not compatible with on a spiritual level is quite alright; when of course, we know it's just a diversion from what is really bothering us in the first place. As I got older, I thought, "This is absolutely not acceptable for me or my children."

When I met the person that was my soul mate our minds, souls, and hearts synced immediately and it was a decision I have never regretted; so, when temptation comes beckoning at my door I just politely say, "No thank you." because quite frankly why would I need to settle for less than being loved unconditionally.

"I would rather drown within the depths of my abysmal thoughts than be confined in an uninspiring relationship devoid of love's serenity and unbridled rapture." © 10.25.12, 12:33 a.m. Est.

Drenching My Spirit Clean, Through the Silent Caldera

This is me reading my poem Drenching My Spirit Clean from my book Through the Silent Caldera with commentary. Enjoy everyone. Love ya all, Karen

Poetry Vlog: http://youtu.be/WAImZT5FKwM

Drenching My Spirit Clean

The unrelenting rainfall has flooded my eyes
Unconsciously, I swept him beneath the rug
Anticipating that perhaps
His memory would evaporate
As the precocious morning mist

Moth-eaten and deteriorating
I don't devise why
An astounding strangeness dilated from within
More potent than any demigod
Could manifest to be
Telepathy
Forged an unbreakable covenant

Lechery was not at all my greatest dread
Redemption sought me rigorously
The truth I faithfully desired to utter
And denying you,
Was the hardest thing I ever had to do.

My Preferred Sanitarium, Through the Silent Caldera

This is me reading my poem My Preferred Sanitarium from my book Through the Silent Caldera. I hope everyone enjoys it. Love ya all, Karen

Poetry Vlog: http://youtu.be/muhRRXZ4MMc

My Preferred Sanitarium

The moon plunged without vigilance
Into an ocean of abyssal dusk
Disregarding the ancient ellipse of time
Ebbing infinitely into the chasm
I roved the labyrinth
No generosity did I oblige my fears

Reclining in his benevolent shadow
My sanctuary became unquestionable
Authenticity was an adaptation
Of God's convicting
And my lucid seizures
Became my stamina  ©

Nomadically Blissful Innuendos, Bound By Passion

Tenaciously intrigue me once more
With your lavishly compelling stories
Burning through my aristocratic blood
Much like an ambitious pathogen
For I crave
Every delicate tale of lore
You so vigorously compose
Such linguistically delicious talent
Should not be abstruse
From my curiously cunning eyes
I imagine you so often
Concealed in a serene sanctuary
Of impenetrable darkness
With only the most auspicious stars
To guide each gentle stroke
Your beautifully long and dainty fingers do type

I did hear your pleas my beloved
Through an oppressive fever
That wrought throughout my frail anatomy
Whispers carried on a breath of a steadfast gale
I do solemnly adhere
To a vision of love's enduring tenacity ©

Fermenting Fusion, Through the Silent Caldera

This is me reading my poem Fermenting Fusion from my book Through the Silent Caldera, and doing a bit of commentary.

Fermenting Fusion

Illuminate the candles
Throughout the domicile
Gently flick every switch off
That could consummate the gloom
Ignite the incenses
That will nurture the carnivorous frenzy
Coddle the feverish passion in a coal black pot
Bruising the marred man to sobriety
Hypnotizing the heretic in all of us. ©
