A surprisingly dreadful remembrance
That I didn't ask for
I'm not second guessing
My calculated strategically
Heart wrenching decisions
Truth, a sympathetic soothing echo
Everyone always said
I was exceptionally sad
Having strength during
Monumental doses
Of chaotically twisted events
I show no fear
These decimated decrees
Of deafening verdicts
Shaped who I am
Backtracking
Is a non-compliant deceptive option
Dangling unrealistic scenarios
That must be ignored at all costs
Escalating pragmatic growth
Supersedes uninterrupted stagnation
Surfing colossal wave barrels
Is the only cohesive way through
Damp dank darkness of dilemmas
To the cascading earthward
Shining bright lights
Of dauntless blueprints
Whether of the passive moon
Or of the glorious blazing sun
There is always lustrous luminosity
At the end of the profoundly atrocious
